Trigger is an AI-powered stock event tracking service. For all CCPA-related requests, contact us at info@triggrtrackr.com. We do not have a toll-free number but will respond to all requests made by email within the statutory timeframe.

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before actioning a request. You may submit up to two requests per 12-month period at no charge.
You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties we share it with. Email info@triggrtrackr.com with the subject line "CCPA — Right to Know" and we will respond within 45 days.
You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you. You can delete your account and all associated data immediately via Profile > Account > Delete account. Alternatively, email info@triggrtrackr.com with the subject line "CCPA — Deletion Request" and we will action it within 45 days.
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information. You can update your display name directly in Profile > Account. For other corrections, contact us at info@triggrtrackr.com.
You have the right to receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format. Email info@triggrtrackr.com with the subject line "CCPA — Data Export" and we will provide a JSON export within 45 days.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. This right is not applicable to our current practices, but you are welcome to confirm this by contacting us at info@triggrtrackr.com.
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by CCPA (such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or precise geolocation). This right is not applicable to our current data practices.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Exercising your rights will not result in denial of service, different pricing, or a different level of service quality.
Trigger does not sell personal information to third parties and has not done so in the past 12 months. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. A "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link is therefore not required, but you are welcome to confirm our practices by contacting us.
You may designate an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of the agent's authorisation and may verify your identity directly before processing the request.
