TriggrTrackrTerms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TriggrTrackr ("the Service"), operated by Prometheon AB, a company registered in Sweden, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses the Service.
2. Description of Service
TriggrTrackr is an AI-powered stock event tracking tool. It surfaces publicly available information — including press releases, earnings announcements, dividend notices, and inferred upcoming events — for informational purposes only. The Service covers global equity markets.
3. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on TriggrTrackr constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is provided for informational purposes only. You should not make investment decisions based solely on information from the Service. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions. Trigger is not a regulated financial service.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to notify us promptly at info@triggrtrackr.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service beyond what is provided through authorised API access; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) interfere with or disrupt the infrastructure of the Service; (e) circumvent rate limits or access controls. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Subscription Plans and Payments
TriggrTrackr offers free and paid subscription tiers. Free-tier users may see advertisements served by Google AdSense. Paid plans (Premium and Unlimited) are ad-free and are billed monthly through Stripe. Applicable VAT or other taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no partial refunds. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data as described therein. By using the Service, you consent to that processing. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your profile settings or by contacting info@triggrtrackr.com.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and AI-generated analysis produced by the Service is owned by or licensed to Prometheon AB. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Service content without express written permission. User-submitted data (such as watchlist entries) remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the Service.
9. Third-Party Data
Market data, press releases, and financial information displayed in the Service are sourced from third-party providers including Yahoo Finance. TriggrTrackr makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data. Third-party data is subject to those providers' own terms and licences.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prometheon AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including but not limited to any investment losses. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
